Aims & Scope
The Journal of Sexual Aggression provides an international and interdisciplinary forum for the dissemination of research findings and the development of theory, policy and practice regarding sexual aggression in all its forms. The scope of the journal extends to the expression of sexual aggression across childhood and adulthood, with regard to abusers, victims and survivors, irrespective of gender, culture and sexual preference.
Readership
As an interdisciplinary and international publication, The Journal of Sexual Aggression is relevant to a wide range of professional disciplines, such as psychology, psychiatry, social work, probation and other allied health and social care professions. Emphasing research, theory and practice, the journal is a forum for a diverse professional community, including researchers, practitioners, managers and policy makers.
Peer Review Integrity
All research articles in this journal, including those in special issues, special sections or supplements, have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by at least two independent referees.
